I know the company for past 5 yrs. Its a good company , particularly for ladies employee. I dont know any other company who would peovide leave for maternity so long. Its the employer’s wish when to join. Security reasons also a good catch for the company.
Lady employers need not worry at all being in wipro. I like this company. But only bad thing is apprisal will not be much.
